2025 District 15 Spring Conference

The District 15 Spring Conference will be held at the Holiday Inn – Boise Airport in Boise, Idaho on May 16 and May 17, 2025. This exciting event comes around only once a year and it’s time to register!
This year’s theme is “Reignite Your Passion!”.  District 15 is here to help you spark your love of Toastmasters by reconnecting you with old friends, helping you to meet new ones, and provide various educational opportunities to get those creative juices flowing.  This year’s Keynote Speaker is Lance Miller who was crowned Toastmaster’s 2005 World Champion of Public Speaking. We are so excited to have him join us!
Friday will be hosting the Evaluations contest. On Saturday, there will be exciting morning workshops, lunch, more exciting workshops after lunch, and then the International Speech contests. We will conclude the weekend with a sit-down semi-formal dinner and celebration of what District 15 does and how it helps you reignite your passion for Toastmasters.  This is just a preview of what the conference committee has planned.  We look forward to seeing you in Boise and catching up!

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

If you register January 27th – February 28th you will pay $130
If you register March 1st – May 14th you will pay $150
If you register after May 14th you will pay $170

Online attendees
If you register January 27th – February 28 you will pay $30
If you register March 1st – May 14th you will pay $50

Cancellation Policy
Plans change and you need to cancel your registration to the Spring Conference?  Please notify Annette Krause at (Confchair@district15speaks.org):
      • By May 1st, you will receive a 90% refund of your registration fee
      • May 2nd to May 12th will receive a 50% refund of your registration fee
      • Cancellations made after May 12th will not receive a refund

Rooms at the conference rate of $169 per night (before taxes and fees) are currently available until April 16th.  After that date, the room rate, per night, will be $258.77 (with tax and fees)
